If all goes well
Your sim will come home without having his/her parents notice. Your sim gets a good memory.

If your Sim gets caught
He/She won't even have time to get to the car if caught before Sneak Out is finished. A parent lectures them for about 10 sim minutes, while the car drives away. Your sim gets a bad memory.
