The Sims™ Pet Stories is the second release in The Sims Stories™ line of games based on the top-selling The Sims 2 Pets Expansion Pack . Experience the highs and lows of owning a pet in this easy-to-play, laptop-friendly version of the sims™. In Story Mode, you take sims and their pet through different storylines full of dramatic twists. You even unlock cool rewards along the way as you acheive set goals. In open-ended Free Play, you create sims and their pets and choose how they live their lives together. And while you play, you can stay connected by using your own IM and E-mail.

Pet Stories has two different storylines for you to play through, one with a male character and one with a female character. In Pet Stories,instead of the stories being called just "Riley's Story" or "Vincent's Story" they actually have titles now.
