The Pleasantview Tattler is a fictional newspaper about sims in Pleasantview that is put in The Sims 2 Glamour Life's instruction manual to fill it up more. It serves no puprose but entertainment, and was not continued in following instruction manuals, or even in the game.

Tongues are wagging around Pleasantville following a not-so-romantic evening out for Don Lothario and his fetching fiancee Cassandra Goth (gorgeous in a purple dress with a down-to-there neckline). According to The Grapevine the couple were enjoying a quiet stroll in the park when the fit and feisty Caliente Twins came bounding by on their nightly jog. Don, looking smart in a cuffed shirt and vest, did a double-take at the dazzling duo, which did not delight his bride-to-be. Evidently Miss Goth voiced her dismay and made a hasty exit. Will the troubled twosome ever tie the knot?
