Social Worker

The Social Worker is an NPC (Non-Playable Character) who appears to either remove neglected babies, toddlers, or children from the lot or deliver adopted kids.

[edit] Removing babies/toddlers/children

The Social Worker will come to remove all children from the lot if any of the following occurs:

• Any baby's/toddler's/child's "Hunger" need fails
• Any baby's/toddler's/child's "Social" need fails
• Any baby/toddler/child is left on the lot without a teen, adult, elder, or Nanny
• Any child's grade falls to F

She can also reach offspring even if they're inaccessible.

The Social Worker also appears to deliver adopted babies, toddlers, or children at 10 a.m.
