Residential lot

A residential lot is the lot that Sims live in. These are houses and can be bought by Sims.
You can design the lot before a Sim buys it free of charge, of course if this lot ends up costing more that ยง20,000, new Sims and Sim Families will have to move into a cheaper, more affordible lot and either use cheats (such as "kaching", "rosebud", "motherlode", or "familyfunds") or earn Simoleons in order to buy the home you just created.
