The paper delivers in The Sims 2 are teenage boys or girls wearing blue shorts and a yellow jacket and cap. They usually come to your lot at 8:30 to 9 am to deliver today's papers, or magazines if there are any (FreeTime expansion pack only). If any of your sims have befriended them, they will wait for some minutes outside your house, to see if the sims is around. They are very loyal to to their job, no matter how good the relationship to your sims, they can only be tipped or talked to when they are in service. However, you may phone them and invite them over later on the day. Then they will still wear their work outfit, but will act as a normal teenage townie.
In The Sims 1, paper delivers were whistling a short tune. In The Sims Bustin' out, the full version of this tune can be heard when your sims are crafting.
Paper delivers can be flirted with and tipped but not married. (without boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true)
