A Greek House is a type of lot on The Sims 2 University which is composed of a fraternity or a soroity. There aren't any Greek Houses in Academie Le Tour.

To do this, you must be in a University residence and have a phone in it. Click on the phone. Then click on Greek House..., then click on Apply For Charter.
