Overview

A modern, International apartment complex with 7 total apartments, restaurant, rec room, large playground, basketball court, soccer practice field, huge central atrium, and private helipad! When you throw in the fact that everything is fully modernised, this is definately the best apartment for any sim! (rent is §500 - §1200 depending on which one you choose)

Room Descriptions

Five out of the seven apartments have one full bathroom, and the other two each have an additional full bathroom. Each apartment has exactly one Master bedroom, one modern full kitchen, one dining area, and one living area. Each apartment has at least one of each of the following: dish washer; sink; refrigerator; couch; large flat-screen TV; Queen-size bed; separated and artfully lit bathroom; glass table; dining chairs; and private balcony (no furniture). The penthouse has an extra large kitchen/dining/living/bar area for entertainment, and a fully glass walkway and balcony connecting the two halves.

Second-floor apartments

These are the smallet and cheapest, but still very modern and very impressive. Each of these four apartments has one combination kitchen and dining area, with a living room separated by floor bariers.

Rear

Even though the rear two apartments have no exterior balcony, they are the only ones with full access to the hallway, which has a large window at either end for viewing, and a glass cieling and floor, as well. The bathrooms are nothing less than awe-inspiring. Artfully lit, with a multi-level design and water feature, you will never want to leave your bath.

In each Master bedroom, there is one queen-size bed and one short dresser. The darkness of the room's walls and floor make for a private feel, while the gold and white accents tie it in with the rest of the building, letting you know you are amongst the highest of the high-class.

The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven and sink, while thetable looks out to the atrium, where one can amuse oneself with the daily goings-on of the people.

Forward

Mostly just like the rear apartments with a few exceptions.

1. There is an exterior balcony
2. The bathrooms have no multi-level feature and have a shower instead of a bath
3. Much more room in the living/dining/kitchen area
